Potato Head Hong Kong is the debut space for our most recent restaurant concept, Kaum. Guests are invited to enjoy an in-depth experience of traditional Indonesian ingredients and cooking techniques. Hand-carved Toraja panels hang from the ceiling, the tableware is all custommade by ceramics producers in Bali and the walls are adorned with Indonesian art and textiles.
