Potato Head Hong Kong
Thoughtfully Conceived Dining, Drinking and Listening Spaces
Designed by Sou Fujimoto, Potato Head Hong Kong is spread across 750 square metres in the city’s dynamic Sai Ying Pun neighbourhood. There’s a retail space, an all-day dining space and bar, a discreet audiophile listening space and the first outpost of Kaum — a restaurant that serves dishes from across the Indonesian archipelago.
The space is home to Canaan retail space at the entrance and the Potato Head bar – a laid back, casual space which is open throughout the day. The bar serves an all-day menu of simple food with an Indonesian twist. At night, it has become a key neighbourhood destination, serving delicious drinks alongside lighter fare and bar snacks.
