A look back at our unforgettable party and well-deserved celebration for the hardworking DJ

Peggy Gou is no stranger to Potato Head Beach Club and with every return she manages to raise the musical bar to new levels of excellence in an unyielding manner. Her instantly danceable house track, “It Makes You Forget (Itgehane),” off her EP Once for Ninja Tune—which features Peggy singing in her native Korean—has been crowned one of 2018’s best new releases, but the nearly 200 gigs she did to sold-out crowds this year prove she’s more than a single anthem.

Last night’s party at PHBC felt like a well-deserved celebration for the hardworking DJ, and with the ever-inventive producer Maurice Fulton warming up the decks there was an unflinching feeling of dancefloor magic from start to finish.
