Rotating Table

Up on the sunset deck, Potato Head Beach Club hosted the second of their Rotating Table series, Case Study A: Kelapa, an experimental dining experience exploring the coconut.

An intimate table of thirty guests experienced one of the Beach Club’s iconic sunsets at the one-evening only degustation dining event featuring coconut-themed cocktails by Potato Head Beach Club’s award-winning mixologists.

 

A pop-up bar and experience – built in its entirety from discarded coconuts – was used as the focal point of the event, where the unique 3-course tasting menu was personally presented and explained by our two chefs, Will Goldfarb and Dwayne Cheer, and mixologist Dre Maso.

 

Meanwhile the evening’s soundtrack was provided by live musicians playing instruments crafted from coconuts.
